La nostra attività è nata nel Novembre del 2014 in occasione dell'EXPO. L'obbiettivo è quello di far conoscere le ricette più tradizionali del nostro paese, utlizzando ingredienti "poveri" e genuini; in modo tale da far riscoprire i vecchi sapori della nostra cucina . 

Our restaurant was born on November 2014 thanks to EXPO. We decided to expand our business selling and shipping abroad our raw materials. Our target is to let foreign people know everything about the most traditional recipes of our country, using natural and genuine ingredients, so to rediscover the old flavours of Italian kitchen. On November 2015,with the new management, inside the restaurant there will be a food shop where we are going to sell the products we use in our dishes. In this way you will be able to prepare them at home ! In the packaging you will find the ingredients and recipes together with a tutorial video that explains how to prepare the dish you have just eaten.
